1. Scope of Services

We provide computer sales, peripheral equipment, and IT maintenance services (NIC Code: 62099, 46511). All sales are subject to availability.

2. Warranty & Liability

Hardware products carry the respective manufacturer's warranty. MICROSSOFTCOMPUTERS acts as a facilitator for warranty claims but is not directly liable for manufacturing defects. Service warranties are limited to 30 days from the date of service.

3. Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required for hardware delivery. Service charges are due immediately upon job completion.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

1. Data Collection

We collect basic information (Name, Phone Number, Billing Address) required to process your order and generate GST invoices.

2. Usage of Data

Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment, warranty registration, and service follow-ups. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Payment Security

We do not store your Credit Card or Net Banking details. All financial transactions are handled by our RBI-licensed Payment Gateway partners.

1. Order Cancellation

Hardware orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement if the product has not yet been dispatched. Service requests can be cancelled 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

2. Return Policy (Hardware)

We accept returns only in case of "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) or wrong product delivery, reported within 24 hours of receipt. Physical damage is not covered under return policy.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver hardware products primarily within Tiruppur and surrounding districts in Tamil Nadu.

2. Timeline

Standard Delivery: 2-4 Business Days.
Service Visits: Within 24-48 hours of booking (Local only).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders above ₹10,000. For lower amounts, standard courier charges apply based on weight.
